The BFI has once a month free seniors’ film on the first Monday of the month, let us know if you would like to go.

We also have a range of Healthy Living Activities
Chair based exercise, Let’s Dance (no dance experience needed)
Make your own bag (no sewing involved)
Singing (no experience needed)
Art and Craft (with relaxing with music), Knitting
