Please sign this petition to demand the government take action over zero hours contracts. https://secure.38degrees.org.uk/zero-hours government The controversial contracts mean that employees have no sick pay, holiday pay, or guaranteed hours from week to week. The government have announced an internal review, but what’s need-ed is a proper public consultation and new laws to protect vulnerable employees.. 38 Degrees members have already funded a court case to challenge Sports Direct over the legal-ity of the contracts, now it’s time to put pressure on the government too.
