Packed social care meeting launches petition on social care funding

Councillor Janet Burgess, Eric Gordon (Editor, Islington Tribune), Heather Wakefield (Unison National Officer), Dot Gibson (Deputy Secretary National Pensioners Convention) and George Durack (Chair of Islington Pensioners Forum) spoke at our Social Care meeting on 25 April 2017. The General Election cut across our the launch of a borough-wide consultation on overcoming the crisis in social care.
